The apartment is pretty roomy. Hallway in between rooms giving lots of privacy between rooms and a shared bathroom and kitchen. If you smoke it would have to be outside, vaping is fine inside. Cleanliness is a must. Asking $725 that’s including everything, water, heat, electric, sewage, snow removal, lawn care and wifi. The only thing not included is cable, but I have plenty of subscriptions you can use.
