Maranda's room

Hello, My roomate and I are looking for a 3rd roomate for the summer! Lease would run from October 2 to May 23rd This room is the back room, and is windowless, it does have a very spacious closet and its own large bathroom. There is also a juliet balcony and floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room. It’s in a great building that we actually currently live in and love (Caroline’s lived in the building for 4 years!) The building has a fun rooftop with an infinity pool, grills, fireplaces, lounge areas, and an outdoor mega screen. There’s also a gym as well as a grocery store/restaurant/bar/coffee shop in the building! Noma’s a great neighborhood, and the building’s across the street from CVS and Harris Teeter, walking distance to Union Market and other restaurants/bars, and the red line metro’s located a block away. The common areas of our apartment are already furnished, but we can certainly can accommodate if you would like to bring anything!

Pricing would be $1275 for the room + utilities -Internet is $37pp -Utilities run about $40-50pp

About the roomates: I was lucky enough to be The Facebook roomate last year, since day one I’ve had so much fun living in this apartment. Maranda is a flight attendant and Caroline is a nurse, both schedules are a little in traditional. We’re both super flexible people and the great part of our apartment is the layout helps with noise and we typically don’t hear much noise of others!
