Ash Lane

We have a master with its own restroom available beginning of Oct. it is a 3 bedroom and my room ate and I are both currently looking for someone to fill in the master. We have in house washer and dryer, wifi, AC in living room and heaters in every room.

I am currently a student at CSUSM, my boyfriend does stay with me and my roomate in the other bedroom is a single girl with a medium size dog. We prefer someone without pets but are open to it. We are looking for someone who is responsible and will keep the common spaces clean. Please feel free to reach out as we are trying to have the room filled by Oct. We also live down the street from CSUSM so not to far from many places.
