Brandon's room

This property is within walking distance (under 0.5 miles) of downtown Fort Lauderdale, shopping, amazing bars/clubs; the beach is just a short drive away and there’s a grocery store and gas station across the street. The building comes with many amenities including a beautiful outdoor swimming pool, several barbecue grilling areas, a gym with all the equipment you’ll need, a Peloton room, a gated parking garage, a business center with wifi & printers, garbage/recycling pick-up, covered bike storage, a clubhouse with HDTV/billiards/games, free Starbucks coffee, and more! The apartment comes furnished with an open living room and dining room, fully stocked kitchen with all appliances, a beautiful balcony, and two bathrooms. The room comes with a bed, desk, dresser, mini-fridge, overhead fan, large window and a spacious closet. I am traveling out of country and I’m looking for someone to sub-lease my apartment from March 19th until the lease expires on July 20th. Once the lease expires, you are welcome to sign a new lease and stay in the room! No credit check required to sub-lease.

The roommates are a 28F and 24F, with one working in the office during the day and the other working from home. Both are very friendly, enjoy going out or hanging by the pool often. They also have a great friend group in the building and surrounding area, and are always very welcoming! One of the roommates has two friendly cats that live in the apartment with her, and they are very lovable and well trained. Ideal roommate would be someone in their 20s or early 30s.
