FEMALES ONLY. Please only message me if you’re really interested and between the age of 25 through 40. Beautifully renovated apartment. Room is super spacious with built in closets. WASHER DRYER IN UNIT, area for bikes, 2 blocks from beach, quiet street, lots of storage, hardwood floors. The remainder of the lease would be 5 months. You can renew if you’d like (my roommate will be) or you could move out if you wanted, your choice!
