Master Bedroom for Rent - $1,000 plus 1/3 of all utilities. Has extra large bathroom with dual sinks and large walk-in closet. Fully furnished.

Shared common areas: Kitchen, family room, living room, dining room, patio, laundry room with washer & dryer.

Parking in driveway.

Subdivision has community pool, gym, basketball court, & nature trails.

Budget $155 for utilities (usually water, internet [no cable], gas, pest, electric is $495 divided by 3 people) but can be less.
