Bridgett's room

Private room in a 2 bed 1 bath duplex, sharing the bathroom with just me. Living room and kitchen fully furnished, bedroom unfurnished. I park in the garage but there is tons of storage space there and throughput the house. A backyard with covered area. Room is pretty well sized. Landlord covers water/sewer/trash, utilities for internet/gas/electric usually hovered around 100$. In a small neighborhood near the east sac Target, lovely area to walk/run and the neighbors are very friendly.

You’ll be living with me and my big sweet German Shepherd Mousse. I’m in my late twenties, work full time out of office alternating 8 to 4 or 11 to 7 Monday through Friday. I’m nuts about food and my dog, I love to cook and share when there are leftovers. I enjoy being social, but also appreciate having home be a sanctuary and would love someone who is down for both occasional movie watching/sharing of meals as well as letting each other have our restorative space. Mousse is a goofball who is scared of boxes, but loves people. He’s down to play, otherwise he just sleeps all day while I work. He’s friendly with other dogs, although the landlord is only open to ESA’s at this time. I don’t know how he is with cats but I’m happy to introduce them and see, if we are a good fit besides. Very LGBT+ friendly, inclusive space enforced, BLM, etc. We look forward to meeting you.
