Jasmine's room

This property is freshly renovated and has spacious common areas. The kitchen, living room, and dinning room are furnished. The room that is being rented out is on the first floor at the end of the hallway. It can fit various bed sizes and still have room for a desk. The closet can be opened from two ends and can fit a dresser perfectly. The doors to the closet are the ones with mirrors. The bathroom is also renovated and has a new adjustable shower head. It has 4 different modes.

We are searching for a person who is only looking for a summer place. Perfect for summer internships. It would be for 3 months, starting May 1, 2023 and officially ending August 1, 2023.

Please no pets we have two dogs already. <3 The house is basically empty because everyone is working. Also, only message if you’re okay with the rent being $1,200 + utilities.

The roomies consist of freshly graduated seniors, professional workers, and a current student. Everyone that lives here has known each other for years and are very welcoming. We enjoy our time together, as well as, our own private time.
