Hello, I am looking to find a roommate that would want to go half on an apartment where i am currently living. ive been really liking it here. I know its a little on the more expensive side but i feel like its a pretty good deal for what it is. Good price to nice ratio. The complex has secured access and also secure parking garages, there is parking outside for cheaper to. They have some of the best security here that ive ever seen. Good sq footage, amazing gym, nice pool area. The counter tops, carpet, and appliances are all really nice also. I have alot of brand new furniture, kitchen stuff, and everything needed for common spaces, i dont mind selling stuff if you have stuff you want to keep/use. Also open to getting a 3 bedroom if there is two people looking or multiple people wanna team up.

20 minute drive to downtown seattle/bellevue since the apartments are right next to the freeway entrance makes the commute real easy.

About me: i deffinetly like to be super respectful of my roommates with noise and cleaning, i dont mind sharing meals if i ever make something, i keep to myself but also dont mind hanging out if we have things in common and vibe well. I have like 3 jobs and try to go out to friends, nature, church, exploring. Just looking for a chill respectful roommate that also wants a nice safe place to call home. The biggest thing i care about is someone being ok with my cat. He really deserves a safe place to call home. Hese super respectful and minds his own business. Big sweetheart. If you have a cat or like cats thats a huge plus!
