About the room
You will be taking over a lease from one roommate who is moving out of state. It is a first floor, 2 BR, 2 BR apartment with a common living room and kitchen. It will be unfurnished, so you will want to get your own bedroom things. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom.
The common space is not furnished yet (working on that) but it is pretty clean.
About the roomies
I am a first year Physics PhD student at KU. I just moved to Kansas in August, and previously I was in Texas where I got my Master’s degree. I am originally from NY. I prefer it not to be too loud, but it’s OK if you play music or whatnot.
