A beautiful large room in a spacious duplex apartment in a quiet neighborhood in the Outer Sunset: opening up Oct 1. Near the Golden Gate Park and a short walk away from Ocean Beach.

The apartment will be shared with only one other person (and a cat), making it an ideal space for those looking for a peaceful environment.

The bedroom comes with a private shower bathroom, closet space, and lovely views of green foliage extending to the San Francisco Bay. The room will be unfurnished; the rest of the apartment is furnished.

Downstairs: kitchen, open style living room with a fireplace, shared half-bathroom, and a balcony with ocean views. The available room is up the stairs off the kitchen.

Street parking. Close to N-Judah stop. Chill neighborhood with cafes, restaurants, a worker-owned grocery co-op, and a friendly corner store/deli.

Looking for someone:

• responsible, grounded, considerate, clean;
• clear and direct communicator, willing to discuss needs as they arise;
• no drama, with a clear sense of boundaries, respectful;
• earth-conscious and sense of humor preferred.

Single occupancy only. No additional pets, please.

Recycling, composting, and using non-toxic cleaning products (wherever possible) are part of resident values. We heart natural health and holistic medicine. The apartment has altars, with occasional burning of incense, herb bundles.

The sublet cost is $1600 with utilities included (electric, gas, water, trash). Wi-Fi shared. $1000 security deposit. Month-to-month lease.
