Unfurnished Room for rent in a beautiful townhome. Roughly an 8 minute drive to campus in a perfect location. All new appliances in the kitchen and a fully furnished family room. Garage parking, strong AC, new Washer/Dryer and an extra fridge/freezer in garage. I had to move back home (Salt Lake City) due to family health issues. Looking for someone to fill the room so I’m not wasting money. It’s on the top floor (along with the other two bedrooms). Would be moving in with 2 roommates. They are student athletes at the University of Montana. One in an MBA program and the other in pursuing a degree in Kinesiology. One from Florida age 23 and the other from Iowa age 19. Would happily have anyone join the household. Fairly busy schedules so they aren’t home often. Also no parties or smoking allowed on the property.
