Hello!

I am currently seeking for a female to take over my room in a 2/2 apartment for a few months while I am living abroad. (Late April till October). You would be sharing the apartment with my current roommate, who is a friendly, clean, professional, and considerate person.

The apartment is located in a Downtown/Edge Water area and is fully furnished, including the bedroom for the person taking over my room. Rent is $1800 monthly, and includes WIFI, Elect, and Water. Parking is not included, but we can discuss adding one via Buildings Management.

My roommate (current roomie, who will still be living here) is a good friend from Venezuela. She works for a Construction Company in Miami Beach. She prefers a female roommate, and Spanish speaking if possible. The new roommate should be professional, organized, and clean, with no drugs, and no pets.
