Jeff's room

The room for rent is an oversized bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment that has vaulted ceilings…and the main living area has an 85“flatscreen TV. The community is located ‘almost’ in east Boca Raton and is in close proximity to I-95, the Boca Raton Mall, FAU, and walking distance to many shops and very nice restaurants. The development has unbelievable amenities including 2 large pools, a very elegant clubhouse (with a pool table) and a state of the art workout facility. Also, the entire apartment has high end furnishings…and there’s a washer & dryer in the apartment. I’m renting one large bedroom (that has a nook and desk for office use) and has its own separate bathroom.

I’m an easy going professional that grew up in Boca Raton. I have a 14 year-old son that lives locally with his mother and sometimes spends the night with me in the third bedroom…otherwise it’s just me. I’m very clean and organized and I am a normal person and a good
friend.
