A mattress can be provided if you prefer, or if you have your own, that’s cool too! The neighborhood is super quiet and safe and everything you need is within a 10 minute walking distance. The LIRR train station is half a block away, but there’s no noise from it inside the house. Utilities are included, I have a washer and dryer for laundry and a dishwasher.
