Garnett Hill Lane

Hi I’m Deldon. I have 4 Bedroom house in a Cul-de-sac in a Newer subdivision. I have the largest yard in the entire subdivision. I have 1 small bedroom with a walk-in Closet and I am also renting out the Master suite as well if that interest anyone. I have a Couple dogs but would prefer if my tenant doesn’t as I have had a past roommate who I had to ask to leave because his dog became very aggressive. I am pretty chill. I am never there as I am always at work trying to survive and keep my business afloat during this pandemic. My rooms are fully furnished and all utilities are included. I have a brand new washer and dryer. We have refrigerators so there is plenty of space for your groceries. I have never had a problem with anyone taking eating any of my groceries lol

I have 2 current roommates, Austin who is in his early 30’s and works from home and is a really nice guy. He has lived with me for over a year. I also Have Linsey who just recent moved in and is super friendly and has started her own business as well.
