I currently have a lease of a 1800sqft 3 bedroom/2.5 bath townhouse located in Wesley Chapel (33545). Room available is 11x11 with direct access to a full bathroom. It’s a brand new house in a gated community (Epperson Lagoon). House is fully furnished besides bedrooms. Some things to note:
- Utilities are all in my name, Therefore, I charge $75 a month on top of rent️
- 11x11 bedrooms available in which rent would be $750
- Must sign 7 month lease️
- Two bedrooms share a bathroom.
- 1 Bedroom is available immediately
- No smoking indoors.️ I can answer any questions.
