God’spower's room

there is a dog that lives here. this property has five rooms 2 1/2 baths every room has a bedframe mattress with a desk and either a dresser or armoire. Each room has ethernet connection at gig speeds. The house is spacious with a pool and two living rooms and a conference room seating eight people. in the kitchen there is and dishwasher, fridge ,stove top, oven, microwave and air fryer. This house also has a separate laundry room. There is a Pool that can be used for an additional fee. don’t have to worry about chores Maid comes biweekly cleans all the communal spaces and can clean your room for a small additional fee. Utilities consist of Internet, electricity and Maid service with the pool fee being optional.

currently majority the roommates on the promise are in college. everyone is respectful but to themselves. Never an issue with schedule collisions and using the bathrooms and or kitchens.
