The property is located just minutes from the 60 in southern Tempe. It’s a 1452 sq ft 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath condo with a fenced in back yard and a large grass field in the front. We have access to a pool, in unit washer and dryer and 2 parking spots with guest/street parking as needed. The available room is $700, we can round that up to $850 and include Cox, srp and hoa (water). The earliest the room will be available is October 1st. My name is Austin, I’m a sub contractor for Cox. I don’t have any pets (atm) but once we get settled in I may get a puppy or two from the same litter. I can’t get used to not having a dog, just need life to be less hectic before I can start again. I’m fine with anything 420, but it will have to stay outside and low key because we will have a child in the house. The second roommate is a women I met on this app named Claire. She works from home and has a son who does at home learning. She also has 2 cats that will be camping out with us. Both Claire and myself are responsible, gainfully employed, low key roommates. We don’t plan on having many people over or parties, rather we would like to keep a clean and safe house (and save some money up while we do it). We will probably stay at the location for at least a year if not more. A 6 month-1 year lease is preferred.
