Room available in 3br two story condo. Own bathroom except when family is visiting. Cleaning service monthly. 2nd room can be made into separate TV area except when guests may be visiting. Walking distance to grocery, restaurant. Pool and recreation center. Easy parking. Work from home daily so home must be quiet“ish“ during day. Have an issue with perfume (🤧 so has to be applied outside and sensitive to my allergy). Background check, Reference required. Short term (5 months) with possibility of extension. utilities included unless electric exceeds 150 in a month and water 75 in a month, then split difference.

Friendly woman who loves her neighbors, neighborhood and pet. Business consultant that has been remote since the 90s. Not a partier, healthy eater, outside smoker, bit of homebody, and clean. Need a quiet house after 10pm weekdays as extremely light sleeper.
