Rose's room

One of our roommates is leaving earlier than anticipated so we’re looking for someone to join our lease until June 30th.

We are a student (PSU) and a professional.

Type of house: Top floor of a split level house with a single garage. The open room is just slightly smaller so you’re welcome to use one of the two hall closets for yourself. We share a bathroom in the hall (I’ll only be sharing the shower). Plenty of street parking in a safe neighborhood. There’s not much going on in the dining room so you can make that your space if you like.

Room is $765 plus whatever utilities end up as (~820->850 w/ utilities depending on electricity use), wsg and gas heat included.

What we’re looking for: We’re not party people, but don’t mind having a couple friends over. I don’t drink but can be ok with it being around if it’s very minimal and not hard alcohol, smoking/vaping of all forms outside, prefer no cigarettes. Also would be interested in staying as a group when the lease is up.

Rental company requirements: You’ll need to be on the lease. It is active until June 30th of this year. They also want you to have renters insurance with their name included for 100,000.

I have a kitty who is 14 but social, active, and loves attention. She has experience with lizards/geckos/turtles through the glass so they’re cool with us but other pets might be too much for her.
