About the room
A nice private room (about medium size) with a shared bathroom with one of the tenants in the house (very clean). Washer/Dryer included, full kitchen. The house is very spacious and has a huge backyard including fruit trees. In a nice secluded neighborhood, very friendly neighbors, quiet community.
Rent is $680 not including Utilities. Utilities is roughly between $90-$200 per person depending on circumstances and time of year.
About the roomies
Myself works at one of the local corporations and work remotely from home. So must be respectful. The other tenant works locally also, loves to fish. Both young male professionals (Mid 20s), very clean individuals and are expecting the same. Dog/Cat friendly (Single, not multiple).
Looking for another young professional (male or female in 20s).
