The place is right by Winco and Walmart is across the stress, multiple fast food places, and a gated apartment community. My roommate is moving outta state and i am looking for a new roommate. Im asking for 750, for rent, high speed internet, common house supplies and we’ll go half on the electricity. I have furniture in the living room and a vacuum, washer and dryer in the apt, and a air purifier for the fire season. I prefer a non smoker roommate and prefer to meet in person before i show you the place.
