This is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse located in R section. There is a small back yard and a community pool. All Utilities are included except wifi and PG&E bill that is spilt 3 ways. Washer and dryer are located in the garage. Parking available in driveway and designated areas. Fully furnished house except for the bedroom. Walking distance to SSU and close to shopping. Possibly the master bedroom depending on your preference.

Hi my name is Lexie, this is my second year attending the Junior college in Santa Rosa. I love going out, hiking, or even just a relaxed evening watching movies. My other roommate’s name is Daniel who attends SSU, enjoys hanging out, playing basketball with friends, as well as hanging out at home watching movies or playing video games.
