Andrea's room

This bedroom is upstairs. It is fully furnished and comes with all the furniture in the photos (bed, night stand, desk, chair, mirror and dresser plus the TV! ). You also have your own personal bathroom.

You would have access to the whole downstairs of the house (living room, kitchen, garage gym and backyard) plus the washer/ dryer which are upstairs.

Parking is guaranteed! You will always find parking in front of the house or you can park in front of the garage.

We are located in W section in Rohnert park which is only about 10-15 minutes from both Petaluma and Santa Rosa. Also very close to Sonoma State (Less than 5 minutes driving!) This is a new neighborhood, it is very calm and it has a beautiful park.

We keep the house very clean and tidy, you will never come home to a messy house! We have A/C and heater, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and fast internet.

Rent is $1500 (includes all bills and utilities like trash, electricity, water, washer/ dryer)

Room is move in ready! if the security deposit is an issue we can work things out so please reach out with any questions.

My name is Andrea, I’m a senior at Sonoma State and I live with my mom, my 8 year old sister and our very friendly chihuahua. My mom is a paralegal for an Immigration law firm. She speaks Spanish and English.

We have a harmonious living environment. We are all fully vaccinated (but we don’t require you to be).

We have two rooms available to rent and neither are occupied at the moment so eventually there will be another roomie.
