This is a nice, clean, quiet home in a quiet residential community. One parking space in garage with remote control access. If needed, there is a bus line in walking distance. Included in rent is: Internet, Netflex and Hula offered on the main t.v. Electricity Water/Sewer will be split 50-50. Small back yard. Have a cocker spaniel and maltese dogs. Would consider your pet if all were friendly to one another. Parks close by and fishing (catch and release). I am looking for a normal, mature individual, with no felonies, warrants, or problems. Easy going retiree would be nice.
