Our family looking for a tennant to rent spare bedroom in our beautiful townhome located walking distance from CSUSM and a short bus ride to Palomar College. Rent is 1050.00$ each month over a 6 to 12 month lease. Rent includes all utilities, parking in gated community, in unit laundry and all amenities. Room is private available with bathroom and for single occupancy. Applicants must be clean, respectful and have cosigner if under 21. Room is spacious, has large closet, wood floor and high ceiling. Space comes furnished with full/queen sized bed, desk and dresser. Renter will have access to common spaces, living room, equipped kitchen and patio. No pets are allowed and no overnight guests for more than two nights a each week. We do not allow cigarette smoking in the house.
