I live in upper Fremont, and my new roomie is moving out due to cat allergies. So, I’m re-opening the ad and looking for someone to rent this badass apartment home with me, starting August 1st through June of next year.

The room is about 9’ x 13’, with a large closet, faux wood floors, and a big window with a partial view. It’s the most private room. Most of your belongings should probably fit in there, as the rest of the house is pretty full - but you’re welcome to use those furnishings!

The house is about 800 square feet split between the 2nd and 3rd story loft (which I use as a bedroom). There’s faux wood floors throughout, electric baseboard heat, large corner windows, and tall ceilings, so the living area feels bright and spacious. We have a dishwasher, and coin operated laundry facilities on site. There’s also a large shared backyard with a fire pit and gardening space. There is a cat in the apartment, and I’d prefer he continue to be a loner, but we could discuss another cat. No doggies, please.

-Rent = $1050 if you want month to month, $965 if you stay the remainder of the year (until June 30) -We split the 3 utility bills evenly including w/s/g, electric and internet -Covered, driveway parking space -Refundable Security Deposit of $700 is required -Background check and lease signing required with landlords -Close to 5, 44, and E Line bus routes, Woodland Park Zoo, Rock Creek, Uneeda Burger, Pecado Bueno, and Marketime Grocery

About me: I’m a 420 friendly artist/graphic designer. I like to keep busy with hobbies and have fun with friends, who often come over for craft nights, dinners, or to pre-game for local excursions. I don’t throw too many parties - they’re more like get-togethers. I respect privacy, pay bills on time, and keep my piles of art tidy. I’m looking for someone who can do the same!
