Has a big back yard, a parking spot is available, and free washer and dryer in the basement. Rent is $850 a month with utilities not included. There are two girls living in the apartment, both in their early 20’s and both are responsible. Females preferred. There is a cat, another cat would be okay or a dog who is okay with cats!
2 bedrooms for the price of 1! To move in it is First, Last, and Security (pet deposit too if you have one), without the pet deposit it is $2,550 all together. There is a $35 background check fee.
