Elliot's room

This room has an excellent view of the flatirons from the 2nd floor. There is fresh paint, new carpet, and window coverings. This room can be rented furnished with a desk, office chair, two night stands, a large dresser, “ TV, and a full size mattress on an electric adjustable bed frame. It can also be rented unfurnished. All utilities included with high speed wireless internet + Mbps. Bathroom has new flooring, is unattached, and private. The master bedroom/bath is also available at $1200/mth. I have 1 small dog and 2 elderly cats.

I’m a 9-5 professional. I keep to myself but I’m friendly. Homebody on the weekends. I do enjoy hiking, and biking around Boulder. I keep a clean and comfortable home. No other roommates currently.
