Location, location location!!! I have a room available in my beautiful penthouse apartment on the top floor at the Mansion apts in Mid-town Sacramento with a city view!!
It is so hard to get this view in Sacramento let alone at the price of $1631 a month! The apartment complex comes stacked with amenities such as a pool, rooftop, dog washing station, bikes to ride around downtown, barbecue, enclosed court yard, games, art gallery, and a secure mail room.. literally everything you need!! Walking distance from the capital and all your fav restaurants. Ideally we are looking for a hard-working professional anywhere from 18 to 35 That is easy to get along with.
