You can paint the room if you please. Internet, washer & dryer, heat, water, and electricity is included. If you have pets they are welcome but any damage due to them is your responsibility. Shared kitchen. You would be able to have access to your own cupboard that no one else will touch. Shared bathroom. You would get your own cupboard in the bathroom as well.
