A BED in a SHARED room (1 bedroom with 3 beds). Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place in Fort Lauderdale, 4 minutes drive to the Hard Rock Hotel (The Guitar) and near mayor highways. About 9 min from FLL (airport). High end, safe and quiet neighborhood. Non-smoking, no talking outside (in front of) the house, no walking around neighborhood without shirt on. Friendly dog on premises. Wifi, Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen (shared, can use everything, pans, etc.), washer & dryer for a small fee), hot tub, etc.

I live with my 21 year old daughter, my dog Oki (3 year old male Goldendoodle) and roommates. I am a part-time professor, mostly online, and originally from Puerto Rico ;-)
