$775/month in a 5 bed, 1 bath apartment. To move in you are required to pay first, last, and the security deposit. Utilities are not included and it is one person per room.

Year long lease September 1st 2022- August 31st 2023. Cosigner is required - all renters need to have a cosigner and it is non-negotiable.

It’s a 5-7 min walk to Red Line Fields Corner stop, close to UMASS, and a short commute to Southie, Downtown, etc. There are many buses nearby as well. Grocery store around the corner, and laundry less than a block away.

Cats are allowed and small caged animals too. No dogs though. Has a back porch, kitchen with granite countertops, fridge, dishwasher.

The roommates are super cool and I am actually really sad to be leaving them! However I found a place closer to my work and just couldn’t pass it up. You will see me over here though as they are my good friends and so I hope to connect you to them so we can all meet and chat about the place.
