Sandcastle Court

Hello! We are a young married couple looking to rent out a space in our home. The room for rent is roughly 150x150 sq ft with a detached private full bathroom right next to the room entrance. Month to month rent will be the arrangement. You will have access to all the house amenities as well, such as our washer and dryer, kitchen, dishwasher, fridge, dining room….etc

The home itself is located in Dana Point California in a beautiful gated community located about a mile and half from Salt Creek Beach. The house is 1800 sq ft 2 and half bath 2 bedroom with a two car garage (parking in garage not included in rent) and small backyard/side yard. The house is older and the backyard/garage could use some work.

We also have our own furniture so please no excess furniture besides what you need in the room/bathroom as we do not have much storage space for big items. All furniture seen in bed room and bathroom photos will be removed before you move in. This belongs to our previous roommate.

Additionally there is also a community pool you will have access too and there is free parking around the corner for your vehicle.

We are looking for 1 individual who is a working professional who is kind, courteous and quiet. Someone who will not be bringing guests over repeatedly, who can clean up after themselves and who respects others privacy and space. No partying as those days are long since behind us now! Also someone who is willing to stay at least a years’ time.

About us- We are both working professionals in our late twenties - early thirties. We are quiet, courteous and do not party and/or bring over frequent guests. We both work from home as well. We do have a small dog named Agave.

In a nut shell, we are very easy going and looking for a roommate that reflects that lifestyle.

First month’s rent plus a $833.33 deposit due at move in. Total due first day $1666.66. Move in ready August 4th. Utilities are not included in rent (water, electric, internet, gas) usually average $85 per month.
