About the room
It is a 5 minute walk from north gate on uc Berkeley campus, close to popular restaurants and bus stations. 10 minute walk to downtown Berkeley and Bart. Newly renovated apartment. Private bathroom only shared with one other person. Personal kitchen cabinet space. In house washer/dryer. Room is shared and unfurnished, a bit small but great location. Private patio and complex rooftop terrace.
About the roomies
I will be moving out in spring, looking for a replacement from Dec- July. Not fully furnished but can purchase items such as bed. Rest of the house is furnished Roommate is 21yr female art student. Minimalist and clean. Very fun and entertaining roommate, very respectful of others.
