Prime location on Commercial blvd and Andrews. The property is very close to many Stores, Restaurants, and super convenient to I-95. It’s also minutes away from Fort Lauderdale beach, Downtown Fort Lauderdale, Las Olas, and Lauderdale by the Sea. The neighborhood is super safe, I’ve been here 2.5 yrs and it’s been a blast! I’m a friendly person and the neighbors are super friendly as well. I have two bedrooms available, but looking to rent one for now.
The room I’m renting is super spacious, and plenty of space to make it your own.
