Hello everyone! We have 2 rooms available for rent in a quiet and safe neighborhood in Escondido in San Diego county in a 3,000 sq ft house. The bedroom will share a bathroom with the other room. This shared bathroom has a double sink. 5 miles away from Cal State San Marcos and Palomar. Brand new carpet and wood flooring in the entire house. Large kitchen. Huge backyard. Wired internet to be installed in each room soon. The house is furnished just not the 2 empty rooms. Lots of parking available. Female preferred but open to all. We’re all full time workers, all aged 22-25 and Asian American. I work from home as a product designer and the other 3 work together in Rancho Bernardo. If you’re looking for a new job we might be able to help with that as well! We are quiet, respectful, and most of the time sleep early! We also have a dog who is nice and loves people. No other pets allowed, sorry!
