About the room
Everything is included for $1000 a month. We are looking for a roommate for our 3 bed 2 bathroom Condo in Irving, TX. The house is fully furnished and has appliances. It’s located in a gated community. We prefer to have someone in the same age range as us. Also pets are not allowed at this location and you need to pass a background check to qualify for this Condo.
About the roomies
Roommate 1: I have lived in Minnesota all my life and have always wanted to move to a warmer place. So I decided to pick up and move to Dallas. 31 year old male. likes to cook, exercise, read books, & Youtube. Part of networking/philosophy/social groups. Usually, works from home from 7-4 pm and then goes to the Gym.
Roommate 2: Lived in Texas all of his life. 25-year-old male, working as a software engineer nearby. likes watching good shows/movies, anime, reading books / Manga, and playing different sorts of video games. Also 420 friendly. Works 8-5 M-W, and works from home Th-F.
