West 2nd Avenue

I am a single 37yr female looking for a roommate to share my awesome house facing O’Kane park. I can be negotiable with pretty much any of the terms in my ad if the situation fits. There are 2 bedrooms to choose from, one with a view of the park (not pictured) & one with a private bathroom. I work from home as a medical software developer so the small 4th bedroom is my office. I don’t watch much tv so the den area is usually unoccupied. I have a 3yr old dog, Frankie Beans, who gets along well with other dogs & there is a doggy door to the fenced back yard.
