The closing for the townhouse is scheduled for July 24, 2018. The montly payment cost is $600 + half Utilities. The downstairs is an open floor plan and the upstairs has two master bedrooms with each walkin closet with a private bathroom for each individual. The bedroom areas are a decent size, not too big but not too small. Their is a back porch and soon the backard will be finced in due my dog, Daisy. Also, the wireless security system will be installed after the closing date.

Acceptable The type of roommate I am looking for is someone who is a female, the age between 25-38, has a professional job, is very responsible, respects home and pays bills ON TIME. I’m looking for someone who is easy going, like to have fun such as going out to eat, movies, walks, cooks, etc.

Not Acceptable She CANNOT smoke and drink and be the party type person because that’s not me at all. Cannot bring strangers into new place without me knowing first. There will be no guy(s) spending the night. Plus, my dog Daisy will not like that at all.

IMPORTANT An FYI - I have a (Yellow lab mix) who will be spending some nights if not most nights with me so she must be okay with a dog who weighs about 40 pounds. She is not friendly with other dogs so the roommate CANNOT bring in another pet to live with.
