Hi there!

This is A, I am looking for a subletter for our gorgeous redwood home. Sublet is starting from Sept 15 and goes until Jan 2023. Extension is negotiable.

The house is up in the hills in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Deers and turkeys go by our house all the time, if you like animals, this is the right place. Besides nature, we have one of the best views of the bay with beautiful eucalyptus decoration on the sides. The house feels like you are living in the woods. It is almost fully isolated from other houses and made with redwood timber 100+ years ago.

The house: It has a gorgeous living room and huge kitchen with views. It has a biggish balcony and a big deck on one side again with amazing views. The house is redwood and it is very cosy to live. It is kind of a house even if you stay home a couple weeks in a row, you would still feel great about being home :) House has 2 restrooms one upstairs and one downstairs. House has plenty of storage and free parking. It has a garage attached for 2 cars, first come first serve.. House has laundry and AC. Pets are not available. No smoking allowed.

The room: It is the master bedroom with private patio. Western side of the room is fully windowed as seen in photos. It has an integrated changing room which has lots of space.

T:(she/her) Is a social worker grad school student which also likes to do art in the forms of music and painting. She also experiments with some farming around the house. C: (he/thim)He is a software engineer working in a startup and works from home most of the time. Likes to go on adventures like surfing and roadtrips and do spiritual stuff. M: (she /her)Is a chiropractic (almost) grad which likes to go surfing and cook food. A: (she/her/)Is an artist which works in an art studio working with molding. She likes to go to festivals and do art like painting or candle works in the house.

I like to keep the private patio public and available to other roommates at times which you would be not using. It is a special place so I want someone mindful to take over my room and keep my roommates happy :)
