My family home has two extra single person bedrooms with shared bathroom and an extra multi-purpose room on upstairs for your use. Downstairs full kitchen, living room, front dining room, laundry room for common use by all tenants. Backyard patio with pool, hot tub, firepit, BBQ, grill and dining area for common use. Street parking in this quiet neighborhood with easy driving access to Fresno State, FPU and Fresno City College for students.

Hi I’m Stuart, 23, currently working as an office manager. Other tenants are my best friend and his wife in downstairs suite area with their two cats. It’s a casual house, drug/smoke free and not too much noise. Looking for two other guys, preferably also in their 20s/college aged to share the house.
