We are renting a private room + private bathroom in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in Dunedin. The house is located 10 minutes away from Downtown Dunedin and 5 minutes away from Clearwater. Publix, Walmart and major retailers are 5-10 minutes away, too.

The room is furnished with a Queen size bed and a small vanity. The house has a washer and dryer in unit. We are looking for a responsible, respectful and organized person. We prefer someone who works outside of the home because we work from home. The rent is $1000 and includes utilities (electricity, water and internet).

We’re looking for someone in their 30’s or 40’s with a clean rental history (we will run a background check). No couples please. We don’t care if you want to have occasional guests but the room is for one person. We keep our place clean and tidy so we’re looking for someone that will do their part in that regard. We have a dog, but unfortunately we can’t have any more pets. Please message us with any questions you may have, if you think this arrangement sounds like a good fit for you.

We are a couple and have been living in this house for a year. We are both professionals and moved to Florida 2 years ago. We have a pet dog who you’ll get to meet during the interview, so you must be OK with that, as she roams the house freely. 🐕
