*** I’m in the middle of painting the bedroom and will have room ready the 1st of September. Will upload new photos once the painting is done..*** This listing including 1 bedroom, 1 restroom, and a living room that can also be used as a bedroom if you wanted too. Access to a kitchen, laundry, and utilities are included. Once a month, we have a cleaning lady come and clean all the shared spaces. Plenty of parking in the front of the house. The contract will be month to month since my siblings are interested in the selling the property. Still hasn’t been decided just yet but I will keep you informed if anything changes.
