This place is 3 miles from Alicia parkway exit from the 5 freeway and is close to many grocery stores (Albertsons, Sprouts, Ralphs, Stater Bros, Target), fitness clubs (LA Fitness, 24 Hour Fitness, OC Fitness, Planet Fitness, StepX Extreme Results), and all types of restaurants.

The room with laminated floor is right next to a private bathroom and could be either unfurnished or furnished (with brand new furniture).
