Avazbek's room

My friends and I live in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house in Roseville. We are renting out one of our room because one of our friend is leaving town. You will have your own bathroom depending on which room we decide to rent. We are renting out the room on a month to month basis only. If you are interested, you can email or call.

My friends and I both work in the Bay Area and we’re away most of the time. We have friends over from time to time, and if you decide to rent the room with the private bathroom, you will have your own privacy. We are not allowed to have pets per our rental agreement, and I am allergic to cats.
