West 42nd Street

I’m renting two rooms located upstairs (both rooms to the same person.) My room is also upstairs and we will share a bathroom, I would prefer one person because of this. There is also an open quarter bathroom in the basement.

The house is 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and is located near Riverside Drive, Forest Hill Park, and the James River Reedy Creek entrance. You can walk to the South of the James Farmers Market, Music in the Park, run/bike the Buttermilk Trail, and walk your kayak or tube to the James. I also have a screened-in porch and massive deck overlooking a large yard.

The rooms are available now but I’m flexible on the move-in date for any time between now and August. The rent is $850 for both rooms plus electric and gas (around $100/150ish). Internet is included.

I’m 33 years old and work a 9-5 career. I enjoy being active outside (the reason I purchased this house in this area.) I also have a very old dog (15) who doesn’t bark and mostly just sleeps.
