1 private room available September for a female. This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home in a safe, quiet neighborhood near Clover Creek Preserve. Rent is $575 + split utilities. The main areas are furnished, but you can decorate your room how you like. You would be taking over my roommates part of the lease until January 31st. So a 5 month commitment if approved.
