ABOUT THE ROOM: 1 bedroom with private bathroom, $1500/mo (expenses not included, but around $60-100/mo depending on the season) + 1 month deposit. The room is entirely furnished (but you are more than welcome to bring your own). There is a possibility to have a parking spot for $100 extra/month. Room opens 1 September. Flexible lease.

ABOUT THE APARTMENT: It has two floors. Rooms and bathrooms are located on the second one. On the first one there is a living room, a small patio, the kitchen and an extra restroom. There is a swimming pool in the condo too. In-unit laundry (washing machine and dryer).

LOCATION: Walnut Creek. It is about 15 min walking distance to Broadway Plaza, Trader’s Joes and other groceries. A free bus to Walnut Creek Bart Station stops right by the side of the apartment. We are about 40 minutes to Embarcadero Bart Station in public transport. Depending on the traffic, arriving to SF can take between 25 min – 1 hour by car. My previous roommate worked at Berkeley, it took her an hour to arrive to university by public transport.

ABOUT ME: I am an Elementary teacher from Spain. I came to the USA a year ago. I enjoy travelling and explore new places such as the National Parks. That’s why I usually travel during every holiday and many weekends. Sometimes (but not usually) my friends come to visit me too and they stay at home for a few days or just during the weekends. I enjoy snowboarding, surfing, and every other sport related to nature. At home I like to keep the house clean and tidy.

WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR: someone with good vibes, nice, respectful and clean around 20’s to 40’s. Someone who is also down to hang out and enjoy the space with me! It is important for me also to be compatible with the person I am going to live with, so if you are interested I can’t wait to know more about you. 🙂
